Church needed video files from Youtube

Problems:

I don't want to do it by hand
Showed them Youtube downloading sites/plugins
Worked for a while
Sites got taken down
New sites confused church people

Yes, it's questionable that they are downloading Youtube videos. I don't ask

Problems

Privacy -- temporary .htaccess file to protect each directory?
Emails from weird clients can result in non-uniq'ed links
Haven't added a "Hey, your request was too huge for ulimit" error message
cclive doesn't try to download videos marked as "adult"/required log-in
(didn't matter with church)
